Shipping Costs
Parcel shipping for orders containing only parcel-eligible items that can be sent with one of our parcel service providers. Bulky goods shipping for items in the "Bulky Goods" shipping class. Freight forwarding for orders containing at least one item in the "Freight Forwarding" shipping class. We are pleased to inform you that shipping costs are already included in the total price for all our customers. This means you incur no additional costs for shipping your order. Shipping Providers
We ship with the following shipping providers:
- DHL
- UPS
- Freight Forwarder
Delivery Location
We deliver your order directly to your home or to a separate delivery address (e.g., your workplace, packing stations, etc.). You can simply specify a delivery address in addition to the billing address in the order. If the goods you ordered are not in stock, we will contact you directly. When shipping by a freight forwarder, the goods will be unloaded from the delivery vehicle. We deliver the ordered goods to the curb/sidewalk of the specified delivery address.
What happens if I am not home when the goods are delivered?
Your goods will then be stored at a branch of the respective parcel service provider for up to seven working days. During this time, you can pick up the parcel by presenting your ID card and the pickup slip, or you can authorize someone else to pick it up (a power of attorney is mandatory here). After seven working days, the parcel will be returned to us.
